he cushion can be removed, and the cover is removable for cleaning. Still, it secures the seat with Velcro, so the other part of the Velcro will be on the bottom half of the seat.
The backrest tilt cannot lock at any angle, in the upright position, you can’t lock it. The whole Chair (not just the back) just gently tilts back as you lean and comes back up as you do.
